Meet... Rachel Anderson

Founder of CORE WELLNESS CO.

I love helping parents, teens, couples, and teams understand their brains and regulate their bodies so they can change beliefs and behaviors. This can happen with one small PIVOT at a time!

 

 

My mess has become my message.

For years I struggled with harsh thoughts about myself—how I looked, what I hadn’t achieved, and all the ways I felt like I was failing as a mom and a wife. Those beliefs slowly drained my physical, emotional, and spiritual health. It became a daily battle not to get swallowed up by comparison, frustration, and shame. After a few hard hits in life, I completely lost my footing and spiraled into some deep, vicious mental and emotional cycles.

Those struggles pushed me onto a path of searching for real answers—how to heal my body, calm my mind, and change my addictive patterns. Along the way I dove into nutrition, supplements, gut and brain health, and the science of behavior change. I learned through personal experience, lots of study, and formal training that lasting change is possible—but it takes time, honesty, and the right tools.

Today, I’m a certified holistic health coach, with additional training in nutrition and healthy living (Cornell University), a certified NLP facilitator, and a certified life coach.

I’ve become deeply passionate about helping people work with their values and identity—not against them. I’ve come to believe we don’t need to be “fixed.” Our brains need to be understood, our stories need to be honored, and our nervous systems need simple tools and safety.

My work now is all about helping you reframe old patterns, rewire your brain, and build habits that support better health, deeper connection, and a life that actually feels like you. When your why and your values are clear, the “how” starts to take shape.
