Hi, I am Rachel.

I’m a Mindset Coach. I am passionate about helping families and individuals change patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that keep them stuck in vicious cycles. I’d love to help you and your family start living a more fulfilling life by learning simple, practical tools to work with your mind and emotions.

I’ve come to believe we don’t need to be fixed. Our brains need to be understood, our stories need to be honored, and our nervous systems need simple tools and safety. My work is about helping you make small, science-backed pivots that line up with your values and identity—so real, sustainable change becomes possible from the inside out.

At Core Wellness Co., I use a blend of neuroscience, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and nervous system regulation to help you really understand what your brain and body are doing—so you can shift patterns from the inside out, not just push harder with willpower.
